Every month each area of Maui has new property listings that come on the market. Realtor's are encouraged to go and see these by getting together and having a monthly CARAVAN. The Kula Caravan heads out on the 1st Thursday on every month. The Paia Caravan convenes at the Paia Country Club, on the 2nd Thursday of the month. And the Makawao Caravan meets on the 3rd Thursday to view Makawao, Pukalani, and Olinda properties. Any number of homes will be open for viewing and inspection with the seller's agent usually attending. I think it's a great way to keep in touch with what's on the market. I specialize in homes and properties on the north shore of Maui: Paia, Kuau, Sprecklesville, Haiku, Peahi, Huelo, Kailua, and Upcountry.
